The short version
- Email support@astrongerclimber.com — it reaches a person, not a queue.
- You can cancel your subscription yourself, from inside the app, at any time.
- A new account gets four weeks free — no card, and it never becomes a paid subscription by itself.
- If you subscribe, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal that you have by law.
- Anything involving an injury is a consultation, not a support ticket — see below.
Getting in touch
One address for everything — the app, your account, billing, or a bug you have found:
support@astrongerclimber.com
We usually reply within one working day. If you are writing about something that is not
working, it helps enormously to include the email address on your account, what you were
trying to do, and roughly when it happened — that is usually enough to find it in the logs
without a back-and-forth.
Your subscription
- Managing it
- Open the app, then choose Menu → Manage subscription. That opens the
billing portal, where you can change your card, see every invoice, or cancel.
- Cancelling
- Cancel yourself at any time — no minimum term, no fee, and no need to email us first.
You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your training
data stays put; the account simply reverts to the free tier. If the cancel button ever
fails, email us and we will cancel it for you.
- Free access
- A new account gets four weeks of full access, free — every feature and any programme.
We do not ask for a card, so nothing can be charged. When the four weeks are up it ends
on its own and your account moves to the free tier, with your history intact. One free
period per person.
- Withdrawing
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal that you have by law
(fortrydelsesret) that runs from the day you subscribe. Free access is
on top of it, not instead of it. Use the withdrawal page, or
email us within those 14 days — "I withdraw from my subscription" is enough. Anything you
have paid comes back within 14 days. See the terms for the full
wording and the standard form.
- Yearly plans
- Withdraw within 14 days and you get everything back, on any plan —
no deduction for the days you had access. We could charge a proportionate amount for what
you used; we do not.
- Refunds after that
- Otherwise, once the 14 days have passed, payments already taken are not refunded: cancel
and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewals work
the same way, so cancel before one to avoid it.
- Payments
- Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Signing in
There is no password. You enter your email, we send a six-digit code, and that signs you in.
If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder first — and if it still has not appeared
after a few minutes, email us and we will sort it out.
Injuries are not a support question
If you are hurt, please do not send it to support and wait. Injury assessment and loading
advice is a one-to-one consultation with a physiotherapist, arranged as an appointment —
it is not something the app decides and not something we can responsibly answer by email.
Write to the same address and we will arrange a time.
Your data
You can request a full copy of everything we hold about you, or have all of it erased, at any
time. The privacy policy explains what we store, where it lives, and
how long we keep it.
