These are the companies that store or handle data for A Stronger Climber, what each one does, and where they are. If you are in Rehab mode, some of them handle health data — those are marked.
Each of these is a processor: they handle data on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
Runs the app and stores nearly everything in it. Your database records are held in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction, and photos you send in chat are stored in an EU bucket.
Handles health data: yes — injuries, pain scores and rehab progress are stored here.
Provides the AI (Claude) that writes your session feedback, weekly summaries and rehab guidance. To produce that text, the relevant parts of your training and injury history are sent to Anthropic.
Handles health data: yes, in Rehab mode — injury type, pain scores and recovery stage are included so the advice accounts for them.
A database we have moved away from. Nothing new is written to it, and the app no longer reads from it. It still holds historical records — including climbing sessions logged before spring 2026, which exist nowhere else — so it is listed here until that history has been moved and the account closed.
Handles health data: yes — injury records are copied here.
Hosts the web pages themselves — the dashboard and the logging tools you open in a browser. The pages are served from here; your training records are not stored here.
Handles health data: no.
Sends your sign-in codes. When you enter your email address to log in, Resend receives that address and the six-digit code so it can deliver the message. It receives nothing else.
Handles health data: no.
Handles payments and subscriptions. Stripe sees your billing details; we never see or store your card number. Stripe receives nothing about your training or your injuries.
Handles health data: no.
Almost nothing. The app's code, fonts and charting library are all served from our own domain, so simply opening the dashboard contacts nobody but us. The one exception:
Two things are shared because you choose to share them, not because we send them anywhere:
If you want a copy of everything we hold about you, or you want it deleted, ask your coach or contact us and we will do it. In Rehab mode you can also stop health-data processing at any time by switching to Balanced or Performance mode — that stops it going forward, and deletion is a separate request.
